This spicy, full beer with its reddish color is very complex. The aromatic Saphir hops gives it the required freshness, and the top-fermenting yeast adds fruity ester flavors. Despite its high original gravity, it is extremely drinkable and versatile and can be enjoyed at all occasions. This beer has its roots in Germany. By the way, the word WEISS stems from the German word for wheat: “Weizen”.
