Fun Pairing Challenges

We offer a diverse selection of food pairings at different
times to pamper our guests' palates.
Here are some highlights:

Fine dining, craft beer and stories of beer culture

On Friday, guests can enjoy exclusive food pairings with chefs Reimund Brunner (Anna Stuben, 1 Michelin star) and Hannes Rainer (Naturhotel Rainer).

Together with Hubert Stockner from Genussbunker and our beer sommeliers, they present a culinary journey combining regional cheeses and Karuna organic chocolate with carefully selected beers.

In the evening, a special masterclass with Lorenzo Dabove “Kuaska” explores 30 years of craft beer in Italy, including a guided tasting.

In addition, visitors at 3pm can join a free guided city tour of Bolzano.

Alpine cuisine, craft beer and discovering Bolzano

On Saturday, the culinary experience continues with Matthias Kirchler (Alpes Gourmetrestaurant Bad Schörgau) and Michael Steiner (Alpen Tesitin).

Their dishes will be paired with selected beers, organic chocolate from Karuna and cheeses from Genussbunker led by Hubert Stockner, creating a unique tasting experience.

Guests can also join a free guided tour of the city of Bolzano, combining beer culture with local history.

We also offer special tastings with Franconian beers and matching appetizers on both days.

in combination with carefully selected snacks.
